As part of ‘National Platform for Domestic Workers’, Montfort Social Institute participated in the national level meeting, to draw the action plan for the enactment of Domestic Workers Regulation of Work and Social Security Bill – 2017, on 22nd July 2017 at New Delhi.
Inclusion of Domestic workers under ESI scheme and the change in attitude of employers towards wages of domestic workers in metro cities are also discussed in the meeting.
