Child Parliamentarians of Angandi Bazar slum,Hyderabad, identified and discussed problems of the slum and submitted memorandum to Mr. Rammohan, slum leader.
Montfort Social Institute, has been organising Children’s Parliament at slum level, to nurture social consciousness among the children, trains them in noticing the issues of the slum and guides them in finding solution. The idea is to turn children of today into responsible citizens of tomorrow.
